Oh so "Pupa".

Sako, kad trečias kartas nemeluoja, o ketvirtas.. Garantuoja. Arba dar sako, kad devynis kartus pamatuok, o dešimtą kirpk. Ačiū Dievui, kad neprireikė nei dešimto, nei ketvirto karto, bet trijų tikrai reikėjo. Ir pagaliau pagaliau gimsta naujas įrašas ir puikus atsilepimas! :)

There is a Lithuanian saying that Third time is the lucky one, but fourth is the Garantueed one. And there is another saying that measure nine times and cut only on the tenth. Thank God I didn't need ten or even four times, but I needed three and finally I can give you a new post and great review! :)

Jau kurį laiką lepinu savo odą ir makiažą naudoju gana retai.. Tai pradėjau prieš vestuves, kadangi žinojau, jog laukia bandomasis ir vestuvinis makiažai. Po to tęsėme atostogas ir kelias savaites makiažo visiškai nereikėjo.. O grįžus oda vis dar buvo gražiai įdegusi, taigi turimų pudrų atspalviai visiškai baltaodei absoliučiai nebetiko. Liko tik mėgautis natūralizmu ir džiaugtis ne popierine veido odos spalva :D Tuomet grįžus į darbą manęs laukė TAI - puikus puikiausias, galima teigti, jog vestuvinis, siuntinys tinklaraštininkei. Ir būtent ten aš radau tai, ką dabar drąsiai galiu naudoti ir nesirūpinti tos nuostabios ir tinkamo atspalvio pudros paieškomis.. PUPA mane itin palepino ir atsiuntė išmėginimui "Like a Doll" rinkinuką - skystą makiažo pagrindą bei presuotą pudrą. Ir tušą blakstienoms :)

I wasn't using make up for a good while. I've started this before the wedding cause I knew I'm going to have my trial and then wedding make up so I didn't really wanted to put much more on my skin except for that. After the wedding we have extended our holiday and I didn't need make up at all. And when I came back, my skin was tanned so basically all of my foundations and powders didn't really suited my skin shade anymore as they are all for my usually - porcelainy - white skin colour :) So I got to enjoy all natural and make-up free and not even white-paper'y skin. I have then got back to my work where SOMETHING AMAZING was waiting for me for a good few weeks already - totally amazing and nearly like a wedding gift, absolutely great beauty bloggers' package. And it included that perfect shade of great foundation that I can now use and don't worry about trying to find that best foundation with that best shade for my currently tanned skin. PUPA Cosmetics gave me an amazing opportunity to try and review their "Like a Doll" foundation and powder duo. And a mascara in addition to that :)

Raudonoji PUPA kosmetinė ne tik idealiai papildė visą raudonų gėrybių armiją, bet ir puikiai sutalpino bei bus tikrai nuostabi kosmetinė kelionėms, kadangi itin talpi, lengvai prižiūrima (viršutinis sluoksnis dengtas lyg plastiku, kurio nuvalymui užtenka perbraukti drėgna servetėle - medvilnines kosmetines dažniausiai tenka skalbti). Red PUPA make-up bag fitted the Red Beauty Army really well and it's not only perfectly matching to the "Like a Doll" and mascara trio, but also a great make-up bag for travels because it is very capacious, easy to look after (as the top layer is made out of something similar to plastic, you don't need a washing machine to clean it - simple wet tissue will do the job). However it's not the outside but the inside what counts :)

Kas pirmiausia sužavi pamačius tokį smagų miniatiūrinį buteliuką - jo išvaizda ir naudojimo patogumas. Pagamintas iš matinio, pirštuose neslystančio stiklo, su gana išsamia produkto informacija (pavadinimu, kiekiu, spalva, pagaminimo vieta ir serijos numeriu) pudros buteliukas tikrai sužavi. Tvirtas ir stiprus užsukimas užtikrina, jog produktas saugus ir tikrai neišbėgs bei nesuteps visko, ką sutiks aplink save. Pipetė dozavimui - dar puikesnis sprendimas už pompą, jau nekalbant apie faktą, kad absoliučiai tobulas lyginant sprendimus miniatūras gaminti be jokių dozatorių. Taigi, pradinis įspūdis apie 10ml skystos pudros - nuostabus!

The first great impression is made by seeing this great packaging of the foundation. Made out of matte glass, displaying quite a lot information about the product itself (the name of it, shade, country where it's made in and serial number) bottle of foundation really gets your attention. Strong and sturdy screw cap lets you to be sure that the product won't leak out of the bottle. Dosing pipette, IMHO, is even better than the dosing pump and I'm not even talking about the decision to make the sample size foundation bottle with no dosing thingie at all.. This all leads you to one conclusion - 10ml of foundation is brilliant so far!

     

    

    

   

Šio kiekio pilnai pakako trims bandymams ir dar liko turbūt trims. Pastebėjimai apie pudrą:

• Pudra gana skalsi. Jos formulė skystoka, taigi produkto nereikia daug, o tai reiškia, jog pudra bus naudojama ilgokai;
• Lengvai skirsoma šepetėliu. Pirštais nebandžiau, bet jeigu jau šepetėliu skirstyti problemos nekyla, tai manau, kad pirštais efektas dar geresnis;
• Pudra maskuoja vidutiniškai - stipriai, sulygina veido odos spalvą;
• Nekemša porų, neerzina odos, nesukuria kaukės efekto, nesuteikia sunkumo, neturi erzinančio kvapo. Taigi visapusiškai džiugina :);
• Draugiška kaina - pilnas kiekis (30ml) šios pudros Kosmados e-parduotuvėje kainuoja vos 18.90eur. 

Taigi, minusų ši pudra kaip ir neturi :) Ant odos laikėsi visą dieną, atlaikė ir karštį, ir ašaras, ir stresą, ir mini sportą :) Greitą ir tolimą ėjimą.. Žodžiu way to go, PUPA! 

The size of the sample was enough for three trials and there is also enough left for another three, I think. My opinion about this foundation:

• Foundation is long-lasting. Its' formula is quite liquidy so you don't need much of a product and it's gonna last you forever;
• It's easy blendable with any foundation brush. I haven't tried to use it only with fingers but I suppose if it's fine to use with a brush, it should be even better to use with your own fingers :)
• The coverage is medium to high, it evens out the colour of the skin;
• The foundation doesn't clog the pores, doesn't irritate skin, doesn't give that heavy mask effect on the skin, doesn't have irritating scent. So basically it just makes me happy overall :)
• The price of the product is really friendly and doesn't damage your wallet too much - full size (30ml) of the product will cost you around 18.90eur (in Lithuania).

So I haven't really found any negative sides of this product so far. It stayed on my skin for the whole day, it stayed in place after heat, after tears, stress and some mini workout. So long story short - Way To Go, PUPA! :)

Kaip ir dauguma kompaktinių pudrų, taip ir ši bandomoji pakuotė turi įtaisytą veidrodėlį, tvirtą dangtelį ir.. skalsi iki begalybės :) Taigi nežinau, kuriam laikui man užteks šio kiekio. Kompaktinę pudrą naudoju visuomet dažydamasi skysta pudra, kadangi dėl savo odos tipo visada makiažą užtvirtinu tiek jį pasidariusi, tiek dienos eigoje.. 

Pastebėjimai apie šį produktą:

• Pudra suteikia matinį efektą. Man tai - didelis pliusas, kadangi tik neseniai pamėgau tam tikras veido vietas padažyti žvilgesio efekto turinčiomis priemonėmis. Didžioji veido odos dalis man turi būti matinė, o ši presuota pudra padeda tai išlaikyti;
• Pudra nekemša porų, neturi jokio erzinančio kvapo, nepalieka miltelių vaizdo ant veido odos;
• Sudėtyje esanti SPF15 apsauga nuo saulės spindulių padeda bent šiek tiek apsaugoti veido odą nuo saulės kenksmingumo ir senėjimo požymių :)
• Pilno dydžio (10g) produkto kaina Kosmados e-parduotuvėje - 18.50eur. Kainą priskirčiau vidutinei klasei už tokio tipo produktą, tačiau dėl savo skalsumo ir naudojimo platumo (galima naudoti tiek vieną individualiai, tiek makiažo fiksacijai, tiek makiažo atnaujinimui) produktas vertas šios kainos.

Labai gaila, kad šiuo metu mano odai šis gautas pudros atspalvis kiek per šviesus, tačiau nusiplovus įdegiui ir atėjus žiemai mano oda vėl tampa itin šviesi, taigi ji bus tikrai naudojama, nes minusų, išskyrus šiuo metu ne itin tinkantį atspalvį, neradau :)

Like many other pressed powders, this one has a mirror included in the packaging, it closes really well and.. really long - lasting as you don't need much of it :) I don't really know how long I am going to use that 2.5g size of a sample! And compact powder is my daily attendant as I'm using it to fix my make up while it's freshly made and fix it during the day, as well..

My opinion about this product:

• It gives matte look to the skin and I LOVE it. Only recently I've started using highlighters for some specific parts of my face (cheekbones :) ) so I need that all remaining skin would look matte. And this compact powder gives me required look;
• It doesn't clog the pores, doesn't have any irritating scent, doesn't leave the skin powdery and cakey;
• The powder contains SPF15;
• Full size (10g) compact powder costs around 18.50eur (in Lithuania). I would say that the price is a little bit on the bigger side when comparing other similar type products, however because it's long lasting and can be used on it's own or to fix make-up, I think it's well worth the price.

It's a bit sad that the shade which I've received is currently too light for my skin, but I will be definitely using this powder when the tan will wash out and when I will get back to my "normal porcelain" looking skin at the winter time :)

Apie tušą šį kartą trumpai, bet aiškiai - WOW! Mano nauja meilė :) Paryškina, atskiria, pailgina , pariečia blakstienas, netrupa, neerzina akių, netepa paakių. Žodžiu talpina viską, ko nebedaro mano seniau pamėgti tušai. Ačiū, PUPA, už naują favoritą blakstienoms! Tušo kaina Kosmados e-parduotuvėje - 14.50eur. Ne tik tušas, bet ir kaina puikūs! :)

I will say it in a short, but sure way - WOW! It's my new love for sure! Long, curvy, blacker than black lashes, it doesn't crumble, doesn't irritate eyes, doesn't give "pandas eyes". Basically it does everything that my old - time - favourites don't do anymore... So thanks PUPA for my new favourite mascara! And it's not only mascara itself - the price of it is around 14.50eur (in Lithuania) which is also very wallet-friendly :)

Taigi, makiažo pradžia kaip ir padaryta PUPA'os pagalba, liko tik akcentai, kuriuos aprašysiu jau sekančiame įraše... :)

So beginning of the make-up is done using some PUPA help, now it's next to the second stage which I will let you know in the next post quite soon... ;)
