Spotlight.

Kaip gyvenimiškoje kasdienybėje aplanko tam tikros fazės (pradedant nuotaikomis ir baigiant norimu maistu), taip ir makiaže mane lanko tam tikros fazės.. Tai veidą norisi kontūruoti, tai norisi ji palikti tokį, koks buvo mamos ir tėčio sukurtas. Tai norisi ryškių lūpų, tai jau norisi neutralaus lūpdažio arba apskritai jokio produkto lūpoms. Taip pat ir su akių makiažu - tai man norisi matinių šešėlių, tai blizgių, tai man norisi ryškaus akių makiažo, tai paprasto, neutralaus ir praktiškai nepastebimo.. Ir kaip smagu, kad visos šitos fazės gali būti įgyvendinamos be itin didelių pastangų - tik turėk laiko, noro ir priemonių..

Same as my daily routine gets those phases (starting with the mood and finishing with the food), I get same phases with my make up. Starting with the face (one day I want to contour my face shape as a madser, and another day I just want to leave it as it was created by my Mom and Dad), going to the lips - bold brights or shy nudes. And exactly same with the eye shadows: matte, shiny, pearl, simple, bold, bright, neutral, day time, night time.. All sorts of options. And it's so good when all of these phases and shapes can be explored and accomplished - all you need is some time, some effort and some products..

Prieš kurį laiką mano kosmetinėje bandymams atsidūrė Make Up Factory produktai. Iš esmės aš turiu pripažinti, jog mano nuomonė apie šio gamintojo priemones yra gana dvejopa. Natūralu, jog yra produktų, kurie man labai labai patinka (skaistalai, lūpdažis, akių pravedimo pieštukas), tačiau yra ir tokių, kurie man netiko ir / ar tiesiog nuvylė.. Viską įvertinus man tikrai džiugu, kad didžioji dalis šio kosmetikos gamintojo priemonių man toje labai labai grupėje, tačiau šiandien noriu pasidalinti atsiliepimais apie priemones, kurios man tiesiog netiko ir nepatiko.

A little while ago I've received some products from Make Up Factory. I have to admit that I have kind of mixed feelings about the products of this company. And I think this is really normal and natural, because there are good few products that I would easily put to the "Oh I love them" category (bronzer, lippie, eyeliner), however there are a few products that didn't suit me well or I simply didn't like them.. All in all I am really happy and delighted that there are more of those products that I really like a lot, however today I want to share my review about two products that didn't suit me very well and that I didn't really like.

Make Up Factory sensitive eye shadow base, 2.5ml (full size comes in 7ml tube, ~€11.50)

Make Up Factory eye colors "27 Pastel Green", 4.8g, ~€20

Pirmiausia, savo atsiliepimą noriu pradėti nuo priemonės, kuri man visiškai netiko. Tai Make Up Factory jautrioms akims skirta šešėlių bazė (primeris). Paskaičius gamintojo aprašymą, rodos, nekyla jokių abejonių, kad priemonė idealiai tiks mano akims: natūralios kūno spalvos šešėlių pagrindas neleidžia šešėliams subėgti į akių raukšleles, šešėliai laikosi kur kas ilgiau, jų spalvos būna žymiai sodresnės. Priemonė patikrinta dermatologų ir patvirtinta, jog ji tinka jautrioms akims. Bazės sudėtyje nėra parabenų, kvapiklių ir silikono. Taigi - visokeriopas gėris? Deja, man teko šiek tiek kitokia patirtis.. Pirmiausia šešėlių pagrindo spalva man nepasirodė neutrali - ji savyje turėjo tarsi žvilgėjimo šydą, tokį šilko medžiagos toną. Aš suprantu, kad tai mano asmeninis nusiteikimas, tačiau tokio tipo priemonės man turi būti tiesiog matinės, be jokio papildomo žvilgėjimo. Taip, priemonė tikrai tiko mano jautrioms akims - jokio kvapo, jokio erzinimo, jokio tempimo, sausinimo ar dar kokio blogo poveikio. Valio, šis punktas pasitvirtino ir mano naudojime :) Tačiau.. Ar šešėliai laikėsi ilgiau? Deja.. Aš patirties su šešėlių bazėmis turiu gana nemažai (ir labai skaudžios, ir itin geros), tačiau ši priemonė, deja, po kelių itin nuoširdžiai suteiktų šansų, buvo tiesiog išmesta.. Šešėliai (įprasti, naudojami kasdien su kitų gamintojų bazėmis) ant voko neišsilaikė iki darbo dienos pabaigos. Tiesiog subėgo į raukšleles ir dingo. Labai gaila, tačiau iš tokio produkto tikrai tikiuosi ne tokio rezultato..

I would like to start my review with a product that was a total disappointment and didn't suited me at all. It is Make Up Factory sensitive eye shadow base (primer). After reading a manufacturer description, I definitely thought that this product will be a holly grail to my eyeballs: neutral eye shadow foundation in a tube that prolongs the wear time of eye shadow and prevents caking in the eyelid crease. It is suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers (dermatologically approved). Free of parabens, perfumes and silicone. So basically deffo a piece of holly grail, huh? Unfortunately, I found it a bit (a lot.. ) different alright. First of all, the color of the primer didn't really seem to be that neutral - it has some kind of a satin pearly finish and I understand that it is only my own choice, however I like products of this type to be totally matte with no additional sparkle. Yes, the product definitely suited my sensitive eyes - no fragrance added, no irritation, no dryness or any other bad experience with it. Which is definitelly HURRAY! But.. Did the eye shadows stayed in place longer? Wouldn't say so. I have a lot of and different kinds of experience with eye shadow primers (starting with really great and finishing with terribly bad), however this product was binned after trying and trying it out simply because eye shadows that I normally use on a daily basis and have no problem with them, didn't stay on my eyeballs for even all working day! It's like what - 8 - 9hours? Mad.. They just went to all of the creases (and I have a lot of them - I'm a happy person, I laugh a lot, you know :) ) and just disappeared altogether. It is quite upsetting but I just didn't saw a reason to keep this product in my make up box..

Toliau noriu Jums papasakoti apie akių šešėlių paletę. Keturios spalvos, kurias į vieną dėžutę sudėjo Make Up Factory ir nuostabiai pavadino ("Pastel Green") taip pat kelią į mano namus surado kaip PR pavyzdys. Pirmas įspūdis buvo gana neblogas: puiki produkto pakuotė, gražiai tarpusavyje suderintos spalvos, puikiai atitinkančios savo pavadinimą. Nemažas šešėlių kiekis. Rodos, ko dar galima norėti? Na, man, kaip makiažo mylėtojai, norėti galima daug.. Aš, nors ir žalių akių savininkė, gana retai naudoju žalios spalvos šešėlius. Tačiau šį faktą vertinimui norėčiau atmesti į šoną ir vertinti patį produktą, o ne mano pomėgius. Visų pirma, visi šešėliai man pasirodė gana vienodos ir prastos tekstūros. Jie - itin birūs, tokios miltinės konsistencijos. Jau vien bandant šepetėliu paimti produktą matėsi, jog jis visur byrės.. Na, tokiu atveju tinka naudoti šlapią šešėlių dengimo būdą - mažiau byrėjimo. Visos keturios paletėje esančios spalvos - perlamutrinės, nėra nei vieno matinio atspalvio. Ir tai jau didelis minusas.. Man kažkaip atrodo, kad gamintojai turėtų įdėti nors vieną matinį atspalvį tam, kad žmogus, besinaudojantis tokia priemone, neblizgėtų kaip Kalėdų eglutė. Nebent šventė ir to siekiama. Taigi, minusas ir pastebėjimas toks, jog nesant kažkokiai progai visos šios spalvos iš paletės nelabai galimos naudoti kartu.. Na ir toliau norėčiau aptarti pigmentaciją bei atspalvius. Žemiau įdėjau nuotraukas, kuriose viena eilė šešėlių naudota be jokio pagrindo, o kita - su akių šešėlių pagrindu. Taigi, žiūrim, ką turim? Be pagrindo naudotos spalvos atrodo vos ne visiškai vienodos, o labiausiai pigmentuoti buvo du šviesiausi paletės atspalviai. Tamsiausia žalia spalva apskritai, rodos, tiesiog pranyksta.. Tiesa, naudojant šešėlių bazę vaizdas džiugina kur kas labiau :) Koks mano verdiktas šiam produktui? Galbūt vieną ar dvi spalvas savo makiažuose panaudosiu kaip akcentą arba akies išryškinimą (kam retkarčiais labai tinka būtent tokio tipo - perlamutrinės, blizgios - spalvos), tačiau iš esmės šie šešėliai, deja, netapo mano mėgiama palete..

And now I want to tell you a bit about the eye shadow quad. Four shades, that Make Up Factory put together, got an amazing name "Pastel Green" and also found its way to my home as a PR Sample. First impression wasn't too bad really: great packaging (minimalistic, classic, with a mirror included), all colors are well set and matching together and definitely go well by its name. The size of the product is also big enough so they will last for long. Basically what else could you wish from an eye shadow? And me, as a make up addict, could wish a lot.. I want to mention (but I'm not going to decide about the product using this point) that me, being an owner of a green eyes, wouldn't normally go for these eye shadow colors. Simply because I don't really like green eye shadows. First of all, all of the shadows are pretty poor in texture - very powdery and even when trying to pick them up with a brush, you can already see that they will go all over the place. Well then there is always a solution - use them in a wet application form :)  Also all of the shades are shiny, have a pearl / satin finish which is definitely a minus as I think that all of the manufacturers should think about it in advance and add at least one matte color.. Without having any special occasion I wouldn't normally go for all shiny-eye make up. Unless I'm in a mood or something.. And lastly I want to add my opinion about the pigmentation. I've added couple of pictures below showing the shadows used with an eye shadow base and without it. Difference is clear - when using them on their own, the colors aren't pigmented at all (except two lightest shades that basically looks the same). It is a better view using the primer though and I am always using eye shadow base. So what would be my verdict for this eye shadow palette? Well I might use one or two shades to enhance my eye make up and eye color for sure, however this palette didn't became one of those "Must Have and Want to Use" products in my make up box..

Ir, viską įvertinus, matau, jog šį kartą, deja, atsiliepimai nebuvo tokie geri, kaip norėtųsi. Tačiau mane labai džiugina tai, jog visai netrukus Jus pasieks mano atsiliepimas apie kelis itin nuostabius Make Up Factory produktus (pakuždėsiu paslaptį, kad visi jie skirti akims) :) Ar Jūs esate bandžiusios šias priemones? So to sum up everything, it looks like this time my reviews where pretty negative and not as good as I would wish.. However I am very very happy to give you small sneak peek and say that there are few reviews coming soon about some amazing Make Up Factory products that I'm currently testing and using (and I can give you even a little bit more information - those are all eye make up products) :) Have you ever used these two products and what do you think about them? It would be interesting to find out if I am the only one being so picky for the eye make up products.. :)
