Those amazing narrow park roads covered in the dry autumnal leaves not only brings you the need to wrap yourself up in the warm woolen sweater but also brings you a need to try out something new, to share your thoughts with somebody, to show something that you might have for a while but only realized now that you may want to share it with others. This autumn so far is a bit different for me, too - it is full of daily news, smaller or bigger challenges, amazing changes and willingness to share :)

Savo meilę Urban Decay kosmetikai aprašiau jau ne kartą. Nuo akių šešėlių pagrindo iki fiksuojančios makiažo priemonės, nuo visiškai mažytės "Naked Basics 2" paletės iki kultinių "Naked" ir "Naked 2" palečių. Ir tai dar - ne pabaiga. Aš žinau. Nes su kiekviena priemone šios kompanijos gaminiai mane pavergia vis labiau ir labiau. O šiandien aš noriu papasakoti apie tai, ką savo kosmetinėje jau turiu kurį laiką, bet, kaip sako užrašas ant nuostabios šios paletės veidrodėlio - "Magic is in the Makeup" ir tos magijos taip imti ir iškart atskleisti kartais tiesiog nesinori.

I've declared my love for Urban Decay makeup multiple times now. From eye shadow primer to make up fixing spray, from simple little "Naked Basics 2" to the pallets that are cult at this stage - "Naked" and "Naked 2". And these are most definitely not the end. I know that. Because with each and every single make up product this company makes me fall in love with it more and more. And today I want to share my opinion with you about something, that I already have for a while, but as the phrase on the mirror of the eyeshadow palette says - "Magic is in the Makeup" and sometimes you simply don't want to share that magic and secret with others straight away.

Pamačiusi naujienas, jog Urban Decay išleido naują produktų liniją bendradarbiaudami ne su kuo kitu, o pačia Gwen Stefani, žinojau, jog tai bus kažkas išskirtinio, įdomaus ir ypatingo. Pripažinkime, kad ši moteris nėra tik lašas jūroje - įdomi asmenybė dar nuo "No Doubt" grupės laikų, ji daugumą papirko ne tik savo nuostabiu vokalu, bet ir išskirtiniu stiliaus pojūčiu bei saviraiškos priemonėmis. Žinia, kad būtent ši moteris bendradarbiauja su žinoma grožio priemonių gamintoja, nuteikia puikiai, nes sukurta linija bus puiki ne tik savo kokybe dėl gamintojo, bet ir išskirtinė savo išvaizda dizaino atžvilgiu dėl bendradarbiaujančio asmens. Tiesa, būtent dėl šių priežasčių tarsi savaime aišku, jog prekyboje pasirodę produktai, joje ilgai neužsibus. Todėl kai tik pamačiau, kad kai kurioms priemonėms iš šios linijos taikoma nuolaida, jau nekalbant apie patį faktą, kad tų priemonių vis dar yra randama parduotuvėse, savo kosmetinę papildžiau šešėlių palete ir lūpų dažų atspalvių, kurį papildo ir tos pačios spalvos pieštukas lūpoms.

Once I heard that Urban Decay is collaborating with the only Gwen Stefani for their new product line, I almost immediately knew that this is going to be a big boom - something new, different, something very interesting and very special. We all have to admit, that this woman is not only a small drop in the ocean - her very interesting personality straight from the "No Doubt" times got us attracted with her voice, looks and sense of fashion, her very own style and the ways she presents herself. News that specifically this woman is going to collaborate with the great make up brand let us knew straight away that the UD | Gwen Stefani line will surprise us not only with an amazing quality products but also with an exceptional design of them. An all of these things just adds up to the fact that once in stock, the items will be gone nearly as quick as they were put there. So I somehow managed to come across not only these being stock, but also being on sale and I've got my hands onto UD | Gwen Stefani eye shadow palette, lipstick and also lip pencil in same shade as lipstick.

UD | Gwen Stefani akių šešėlių paletė - absoliučiai nuostabus produktas moterims, kurių rankos įprastai tarsi tiesiai į neutralius, žemės spalvos šešėlius, tačiau kartais jas apima ta velniškai neapsakoma nuotaika, kuomet norisi pasirinkti neįprastą spalvą savo makiažui. Ši paletė tokių neįprastų spalvų turi net keturias! Ir net jeigu jos bendrame rinkinyje atrodo tarsi pabėgusios iš karnavalo į Vienos pobūvį, tačiau pradėjus žaisti spalvomis, puikiai pasimato, kodėl Gwen parinko būtent šiuos atspalvius. 

UD | Gwen Stefani eye shadow palette is an absolute win for those women who would normally go with a neutrals and nudes for their daily make up, but sometimes they just get this indescribable feeling where they want to go a bit bananas and choose a colour that wouldn't be in their normal make up range. This palette is the right match for these ones as it has four colours that from the first glance might look like "Oh what the heck are these four doing here??", but then in the long run you would fully realize and understand why Gwen picked exactly these shades. 

Paletė sukurta iš 15 spalvų, kurios skiriasi savo tekstūromis (blizgios, matinės, satino). Tokiu atveju spalvos gali būti puikiai pritaikytos ne tik dienos, bet ir vakaro makiažui. Visos paletės spalvos man pasirodė itin pigmentuotos, tačiau vieni atspalviai byra labiau (ypatingai apatiniai blizgučių šešėliai Pop, Harajuku, Danger ir 1987 bei kai kurios matinės spalvos, pvz. Punk ar Zone) už kitus, tačiau dažniausiai šešėlių naudojimo pradžioje tai vyksta su visomis paletėmis ar pavieniais šešėliais. Visos spalvos ant voko sklaidosi itin lengvai, dėl savo pigmentacijos jų nereikia naudoti po daug norint išgauti stiprią spalvą. Šešėliai vietoje laikosi visą dieną (naudoju su akių šešėlių pagrindu) ir, svarbu paminėti, nors kai kurios spalvos atrodo sunkiai suderinamos tarpusavyje, tačiau turint šią paletę, varotojas turi apsčiai pasirinkimo tam, kad galėtų suderinti nesuderinimą ir poreikio kitai paletei tarsi ir nekiltų. Taip pat šešėliai neerzina akių ir neturi jokio kvapo.

The palette is made with 15 shades that are different in texture (sparkly. matte and satiny). This is one of the pros how the palette can be adapted for both - day time and night time - make up looks. All of the shades look super pigmented to me, however some of the shades falls out more (especially i.e. bottom sparkly shades Pop, Harajuku, Danger, 1987 and few matte shades, like Punk or Zone) than others. I do know that this often happens with new eye shadows let it be palettes or singles. All of the shades are very well blendable and due to the pigmentation you only need a small amount of product to actually get the right required shade on the eyeball. Product stays in place all day (I am always using eye shadow primer when using my eye shadows) and, what is important, even though it looks like some of the colours cannot be combined with other, you can get a really nice combinations out of this beauty and you might not even require to have another eye shadow palette at your make up kit! :) Oh, and another important thing is that the product does not irritate the eyes and it doesn't have any weird scent.

Kaip žinia, Gwen Stefani renkasi tokius makiažo produktus, kurie ant veido laikytųsi ilgai. To reikalauja jos darbo specifika, tai ji norėjo suteikti ir savo kosmetikos vartotojams. Kreminės tekstūros vandeniui atsparus pieštukas lūpoms - puiki priemonė ne tik paryškinti ar pakoreguoti lūpų kontūrą, bet ir prailginti atitinkamos spalvos lūpų dažus. Kompanijos pasirinkta kultinė 24/7 lūpų pieštukų formulė leidžia ne tik tinkamai ir vientisai padengti produktą ant lūpų, bet kartu prailgina jo išsilaikymą ir palieka jį vietoje visą dieną. Spalva sodri tiek pakuotėje, tiek ant lūpų. Taigi, rodos, ko galima būtų prašyti dar? :)

It is very easy to use the product as it has a creamy texture when applying but on the lips it becomes matte. It doesn't have any weird scent or any taste at all, so what else is there that you could possibly ask for? :)

Kaip jau minėjau, dar nuo No Doubt grupės laikų Gwen Stefani visus žavėjo savo išskirtiniu stiliaus pojūčiu. Jau tada raudono atspalvio lūpos šiai moteriai rodėsi vos ne kasdienybė. Būtų keista, jei savo kolekcijoje ji nebūtų išleidusi ypatingai raudono matinės spalvos lūpdažio! 714 - pirmoji kompanijos spalva, savo tekstūrai gavusi mega matte apibūdinimą. Tai - ne šiaip matinė, tai - itin matinė spalva, kuri vienu potėpiu suteikia itin intensyvią, sodrią, pigmentuotą spalvą kartu su matine formule! Būtent dėl šios formulės produkto aplikacija ant lūpų tampa itin neįprasta, gana sudėtinga, bet gana tvarkinga spalvos išsiliejimo atžvilgiu. Lūpdažis neturi visiškai jokios kreminės tekstūros, todėl jį tepti gana sunku, bet baimės, jog jis išsiteps visur aplink lūpas, nekyla jokios :) Tiesa, būtent dėl sunkumų, kylančių dažymuisi, rekomenduočiau lūpdažį naudoti su teptuku lūpų dažams - taip bus ir lengviau, ir greičiau, ir paprasčiau. Kaip ir to paties atspalvio pieštukas lūpoms, šis produktas neturi visiškai jokio kvapo ir jokio skonio bei neerzina lūpų. Kas gi gali būti geriau už mega matte ryškiai iššaukiančią lūpų spalvą tokį puikų rudenį? :)

As I have already mentioned, Gwen Stefani from the No Doubt times was all about her own personal and different style. Already then red lipstick seemed like some kind of a daily necessity. So it would be really weird if in her collaboration with UD Gwen wouldn't release some bold matte red lipstick! "714" is a special product not only because it's LE from this collection, but also because it is first ever mega matte lip product created by UD! A super-intense matte that lays down a bunch of color in just one coat. Due to it's formula the application of the product becomes quite tough but quite neat. Lippie doesn't have any cream texture so it is a bit hard to apply, however it doesn't go all over the place :) Although to make things easier and faster for yourself, I would highly recommend to use a lip brush paired with this lipstick just for a better application. Same as "714" lip pencil, this lipstick doesn't have any scent or any flavor. So all in all, is there anything more to ask this amazing autumn? :)
