Hair accessories by "Kosmart"

Pasibaigus taip ilgai lauktoms vasaros atostogoms gimtinėje grįžti į savo įprastą kasdienio gyvenimo ritmą šį kartą man sunku kaip niekad. Ypatingai puikiai praleistas laikas su artimiausiais draugais tikrai padarė tam įtakos - dabar taip ir norisi grįžti ten, kur bangos ir smėlis kasdien kutena padus, o vakarai palydimu juoku ir pasibuvimu kartu su draugais. 

Tačiau kaip ten bebūtų, metas prisiminimus palikti toje šiltoje širdies kertelėje ir grįžti į darbus - tiek kasdienius, tiek tinklaraščio. Praktiškai prieš pat savo išvažiavimą mane vėl palepino Vitrina Pro atsiųsdama šį kartą gal mano tinklaraščiui kiek neįprastus gėrius, tačiau mane itin pradžiuginusius ir tikrai labai praktiškus. Turiu pripažinti, kad turbūt pirmą kartą man buvo taip sunku ruošti įrašą apie plaukų aksesuarus! Tačiau nuotraukos čia, kur tuoj nuguls mano įspūdžiai ir rekomendacijos :) Susidomėjote? Coming back to my normal routine after 2 weeks holiday in Lithuania was hardest ever. All I want to do is just go back to those places where the sea and sand is massaging my feet and where evenings are spent with the best friends having laughs and lovely nights together.

However, all good things come to an end and I should definitely get myself together by getting back on track with my life routine. That includes my blogging, too. So just before I left for holiday, I have received a very nice PR package from the Lithuanian company called "Vitrina Pro" - they have sent me few really nice bits and pieces to try out. So today I will talk a bit more about two hair accessories that I've received of them. And I have to say - this was probably the hardest thing to picture so far in my blogging road! However, I took them (and oh I am so proud of me, honestly :) ) and I will tell you more down below. Interested? Just keep on reading so ;)

Su Kosmart aksesuarais man jau teko susidurti - apie kompanijos gaminamus Geometrix auskarus jau pasakojau šiame savo tinklaraščio įraše. Tačiau kompanija toli gražu neapsiriboja vien auskarais ir šiandien dalinuosi įspūdžiais apie dar dvi kompanijos siūlomas grožybes - aksesuarus plaukams. Tačiau prieš aptardama kiekvieną jų noriu paminėti, kad tokio tipo daiktus aš vertinu atsižvelgdama į kelis kriterijus: kaip gerai jie laiko mano plaukus vietoje (ypatingai plaukų gumutės arba segtukai), kaip patogiai jaučiuosi segėdama tokio tipo aksesuarus (ar neerzina galvos odos, ar netempia bei nepeša plaukų ir pan.) ir, jei įmanoma, ar plaukų aksesuarai patogūs segėti dėvint šalmą (ypatingai gumutės plaukams). Ir, be abejo, jų išvaizda bei kaina. Apskritai nelabai mėgstu vaikščioti palaidais plaukais, o ypač dėl to, jog visą darbo dieną praleidžiu prie kompiuterio ir nelabai mėgstu, kuomet sruogos lenda į akis. Taip pat gana dažnai man būna karšta būnant palaidais plaukais (ypač kaklo srityje, kadangi mano plaukai yra šiek tiek žemiau pečių) - tuomet pirmas veiksmas, ką padarau, tai susirišu sprogimą makaronų fabrike ant viršugalvio ir toliau gyvenu įprastą gyvenimą :) Taigi, kaip šie aksesuarai plaukams atitinka mano vertinimo kriterijus? 

I have already had some experience with Kosmart accessories in the past - I have already told you about their Geometrix earrings in this post. However the company makes much more stuff - not only earrings and I am going to tell you more about two different types of hair accessories. Few things before I dig deeper into it - I judge this type of stuff based on few personal aspects. These are: how good they keep my hair in place (especially hair clips or hair bobbins); how comfortable I feel when wearing hair accessories (if they don't irritate my hair skin, if they don't tear my hair away, etc.) and, when possible, how comfy I feel wearing hair accessories under the helmet (this would only be applicable for hair bobbins). And, of course, the design and the price. I don't really like walking with my hair loose and especially on a working day as I work at the computer all day everyday, so I like my hair being well shaped and moved away from my face. And sometimes it is just too hot to have the hair loose especially around the neck area - that's when my "explosion in the noodles factory" (or just a pineapple head) comes up to the scene :) So, based on all of my personal aspects, what do I think about these two products?

Šio tipo aksesuarą plaukams nusižiūrėjau dėl kelių priežasčių: pirmiausia akį patraukė smagus segtuko dizainas. Taip taip, mane tikrai galima pavadinti Swarovski blizgučių mėgėja - ne, ne visi akmenukai ir papuošalai su Swarovski kristalais man patinka, tačiau smulkūs, juodi kristalai tikrai patraukė mano akį. Taip pat ir žinojimas, koks daugiafunkcinis ir patogus būna tokio tipo segtukas! Tokio pat principo aksesuarą plaukams turiu namie, tačiau jis - gerokai didesnis, bet man puikiai tarnauja tiek norint patogiai surinkti plaukus į vieną vietą, tiek atskiriant dalį plaukų, kuomet juos formuoju (sukant garbanas) arba net dažant plaukus. Todėl žinojau, kad šis segtukas tikrai bus naudojamas mano kasdienybėje. Ar pasiteisino šios žinios?

I have chosen this type of hair accessory for a few reason: firstly, I just really liked the design of it. Yes yes, you can call me an addict of Swarovski sparkles, but I just like them. And no - not all of them would be my type, but in this case little dainty black sparkles just added some extra spice to the design of the accessory. And also my knowledge of how comfy and multi-functional this claw can be! I have this type of a crab claw for hair already but it's much bigger than this new one, although it still just the job perfectly for when I want to put my hair up just having a casual day at home or when I need to separate hair strands for curling them or even coloring. So I clearly knew that I would get a lot of use out of this one. Did it worked out at the end?

Mane labai nustebino šio daikto dydis - toks smulkus, nedidukas. Pirmasis įspūdis buvo gana neigiamas - apart išvaizdos nieko doro iš šio segtuko tikrai nelaukiau. Tačiau oj, kaip aš klydau. Kaip ten sakoma - svarbu ne ūgis, o smūgis! 

Segtukas, nors ir nedidelis, tačiau tikrai labai tvirtas. Atkeliauja stipriai ir saugiai prisegtas prie reklaminės įmonės pakuotės (pagamintos ir 100% perdirbtų medžiagų) kartu su visais Swarovski kristalų sertifikatais ir numeriais. Plaukų aksesuaras pasirodė pagamintas iš tikrai kokybiško plastiko - tvirtas, negirgždantis, nekrentančiomis detalėmis. Dantukai absoliučiai neerzino mano galvos odos. Ir, turbūt svarbiausia apžvalgos dalis - mano nuostabai segtukas plaukus vietoje išlaiko puikiai! Susisegusi vardan tinkamiausio įspūdžio ir pabėgėjau, ir pašokinėjau, ir pasisukiojau - visos sruogos liko ten, kur buvo susegtos. Tiesa, svarbu paminėti ir tai, kad segtukas yra gana neutralios gelsvos spalvos, todėl manau, kad labiausiai tiktų šviesių plaukų savininkėms. Taip pat segtukas užbaigtas blizgančiu laku, todėl yra lengvai prižiūrimas bei mažiau matomi įvairūs nusibraižymai. 

Tiesas, vienas niuansas, kurį tikrai verta apsvarstyti - aksesuaro kaina. Beveik €13, mano nuomone, yra gana didelė suma už tokio tipo daiktą. Ir nors suprantu, jog tai - rankų darbo aksesuaras, padabintas ne bet kuo, o Swarovski kristalais, tačiau vis tiek norėtųsi pamatyti tokį daiktą nors šiek tiek pigesnį ir gal šiek tiek labiau prieinamesnį didesniam pirkėjų ratui.
Taigi, įvertinus visus aspektus, iš manęs plaukų aksesuarui keliauja riebus pliusas ir vaizdas, kaip aksesuaras atrodo plaukuose! :)

I was actually very surprised by the size of this claw - it is so tiny, so delicate and small. But the first impression wasn't very good, to be honest - except the design I didn't like it at all and I thought that it won't do anything to my hair. However, as most of the times, first impression was oh so wrong.

Claw, even though it is tiny, is very sturdy. It comes well attached to a paper info card (made from 100% recycled materials) and also includes a quality card from Swarovski crystals. Hair claw seems to be made from really good high quality plastic - it is sturdy, it doesn't make any weird squeaks and small pieces don't fall apart. The actual teeth of the claw didn't irritate my scalp at all. And, probably most important part of the review - to my own excitement, the claw keeps my hair in place really well! After I put it on for the first time, just for the sake of an honest review I ran a bit, I have moved my head like a mad, I have jumped a bit - just to make sure it keeps my hair where it should be. And oh yes it does! I want to mention as well, that even though on the webpage it says that the color of the hair accessory is white and black - I would actually call it more ivory and black. It doesn't make a big difference, I just think it would suit people who has light (blonde or light brown) hair. Oh, and the finish of the claw is glossy which makes it easier to look after the product.

However, one little thing that I want to mention is the price of the accessory. I honestly think that almost €13 is slightly too much for the thing like this. I mean I understand where it comes from - this product is imported from France, it is handmade and it also comes with Swarovski crystals, however making it at least slightly cheaper would allow more people to get their hands on it. Just saying.

So, based on everything that I have said about this beauty, I would recommend it myself and I am just going to show how it actually looks in my hair :)

Kaip minėjau įrašo viršuje, aš nelabai mėgstu vaikščioti palaidais plaukais. Todėl kone kasdienis mano plaukų palydovas aksesuarų tarpe - gumutė jiems surišti. Būtent dėl šios priežasties antrasis aksesuaras plaukams, apie kurį šiandien papasakosiu - ne kas kita, o smagiai atrodanti pelėdaitė, kuri puikiai nutūpia į mano minėtą sprogimą makaronų fabrike. Vėlgi, kodėl būtent tokia gumutė atlėkė pas mane tiesiai iš gamintojo?

As mentioned above, I don't really like being with my hair loose. So almost daily "friend" of my is a simple hair bobbin. This is the exact reason why the second hair accessory that I will talk about is nothing else but some fancy hair bobbin :) Lovely looking owl sits just perfectly on my pineapple and attracts some nice attention from others. Why did I went for this design, though?

Vienareikšmiškai pirmiausia mane patraukė gumelės dizainas. Manyje iki šiol gyvena pašėlęs vaikas, kuriam vis dar smagu kartais pasipuošti tokiais, rodos, vaikiškais elementais. Nors kuomet aksesuaras padabintas tikrų tikriausiais Swarovski kristalais - nežinau, ar galėčiau tai priskirti absoliučiai vaikiškam aksesuarui? Kad ir kaip ten bebūtų - žygiuojame toliau prie mano vertinimo aspektų. Pakuotė, kaip ir segtuko plaukams, identiška - 100% perdirbtas kartonas, prie kurio tvirtai pritvirtinta gumutė ir sertifikatas. Pati plastikinė gumelės dalis su pelėda realybėje man taip pat pasirodė kiek mažesnė, nei tikėjausi pamačiusi internetinėje nuotraukoje. Tačiau tai - tik pliusas, kadangi aksesuaras itin patogus plaukuose. Prie gumutės pelėda pritvirtinta pakankamai storu plastiko žiedeliu, kuris leidžia pelėdą pastumti aplink gumutę ten, kur norisi ir būtų patogu. Pati gumutė man nepasirodė itin tampri - šis faktas vieniems gali būti minusas, kitiems - pliusas. Aš turbūt ta, kuri per vidurį - mano poreikius tikrai tenkina, nes aplink mano plonus (tačiau daug :D ) plaukų apsisuka du kartus ir kukulį palaiko tikrai puikiai. Tiesa, mane taip pat nudžiugino ir pelėdos spalva, kuri ypač dabar labai puikiai tinka ir papildo mano naują plaukų spalvą :) Ir, be jokios abejonės, faktas - gumutė nepeša plaukų, o pati pelėda dėl savo formos ir pagaminimo medžiagos (kieto plastiko) neerzina mano galvos! 

Tačiau, vėlgi, kaip ir aukščiau aptartame plaukų segtuke, taip ir dėl šio kainos man kyla dvipusiai jausmai - tikrai suprantu kainą už rankų darbo produktą, papuošta išskirtiniais kristalais, tačiau norėtųsi matyti kainą nors kiek mažesnę, kad daiktas būtų prieinamas platesnei auditorijai.

Taigi, šiam aksesuarui taip pat lekia didelės rekomendacijos ir vaizdas, kaip gumutė atrodo plaukuose! 

Absolutely and unambiguously first reason why I own this funny little thing is the design of it. By this time I still carry this little kiddo inside me that likes somewhat childish stuff from time to time. Although when such a hair accessory is hand made and fitted with few gorgeous Swarovski crystals -should we really call it childish? :) Anyway, let's just go straight to the review of it.

Packaging is exactly same as the crab claw - recycled carton base with really well fixed hair bobbin. I was expecting the actual owl to be a bit bigger than it is, however the size of it is just a plus - it sits perfectly on my head with my thin (but quite a lot of them) hair. It is attached to the bobbin itself with a thick plastic ring that helps moving the owl to a different places on the bobbin to make sure it doesn't look to the back of your pineapple back. I can't call the bobbin itself very elastic - it wraps around my hair twice and this is enough for me, but for some people it might be too much or simply not enough, so I will leave it for you to judge. Oh, and I am delighted with the color of the owl itself - it just adds this extra spice and matches my current hair color perfectly :) And, of course, I have to mention that the plastic bit doesn't annoy my scalp and the bobbin itself doesn't pluck my hear out of my head.

However, same small notice as above - paying €8 sounds a bit too much and lower price would make the accessory slightly more affordable to more people. Once again, I really understand where the price is coming from. 

So summing all up - another go from me and another look in the hair :)

Taigi, reziumuojant noriu pasakyti tik tiek: kaip ir pirmuoju Kosmart apžvalgos atveju, taip ir dabar tikrai labai rekomenduoju pasižvalgyti po jų siūlomą plaukų aksesuarų asortimentą. Šiais dviem aš esu labai patenkinta ir tikrai tikiu, kad dėl itin didelės pasiūlos šioje kompanijoje aksesuarą plaukams (ir ne tik) išsirinkti sau galės tikrai kiekvienas. Nuo įvairiausių paskirčių, formų iki skirtingų spalvų ir dizainų kompanija įtiks net pačiam išrankiausiam klientui :) Na, o aš toliau lekiu generuot minčių sekantiems įrašams - juk taip patogu darbuotis, kuomet plaukai nelenda į akis! 

So, long story short - I am once again really happy and excited with the products by Kosmart and I would highly recommend having a browse at their products. They offer a massively wide range of different accessories, so everyone might choose at least one that they like :) And me - I am just gonna continue working on my next new posts - it is so handy to work now when my hair aren't all over the place!
